Simply blend the strawberries and peaches together until they're smooth, then add some honey to taste. Pour the mixture into a glass and top it off with some sparkling water. You can garnish your spritzer with some fresh fruit or mint leaves for an extra touch of flavor and elegance.

STRAWBERRY PEACH SUMMER SPRITZER

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 c sliced ripe peaches (about 2 medium, without skin if preferred)
• 1 c sliced strawberries (tops removed)
• 1-2 tbsp honey (or your choice of sweetener - maple syrup, brown sugar, etc.)
• 1 c sparkling water (your choice of flavor - I really enjoy wild cherry or lime)
• mint leaves (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Wash, dry and slice fruit.
2. Add fruit to the blender with the strawberries near the blade to blend more easily.
3. Add honey, cover, and blend for 30 seconds to a minute until completely smooth.
4. Pour the mixture evenly into 2 glasses. Fill each glass the rest of the way with sparkling water.
5. If you have some fruit leftover, slice and place on the side of the glasses along with some mint leaves as a garnish. Add a fun paper umbrella and ENJOY!

And the fun doesn't stop there! You can customize this spritzer to your liking. If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can add more honey or use a sweeter sparkling water. If you want to make it a little tangier, you can add more strawberries or some lemon juice. The possibilities are endless!
