$7 flat rate for monthly subscription box shipping
We currently ship to the United States (lower 48 only).
Please be aware that shipping candles is expensive compared to other online products due to their weight! We've done our best to secure a discounted flat rate to pass on to you from our carriers. We will continue to work to offer you the best shipping rates available. Thank you for supporting our small business! 💞
Orders may take up to 7 days from the date of shipment to be delivered.
We take special care in packaging your candles to protect them from weather and possible damage during transit. However, in extremely hot or cold conditions, we recommend minimizing the time a delivered order remains outside (on a porch or doorstep).
Notifications- It's important to select "keep me up to date on news" at checkout, so you receive all order updates. Once you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive another email with tracking information when your hand-poured candles are shipped.
Correct Address - You are responsible for entering the correct address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to additional fees.
Secure Location - You are responsible for providing a secure address. We are unable to offer refunds for stolen packages.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as "DELIVERED" by the shipping carrier, but once the package has been scanned as "DELIVERED" we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package. Confirm that the shipping address you entered for your order is correct. Visit your local USPS or UPS office with tracking handy to see where the carrier dropped off your package. Check with your neighbors to see if your package was dropped off next door. Sometimes carriers update tracking information as "DELIVERED" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package shows up.
