All subscription boxes are FINAL SALE as they have been carefully designed and handcrafted just for our subscribers.

We know it can be a real challenge to purchase candles or clothing online without being able to smell or try them on first... but we've got you covered. If you order a candle you don't absolutely love right out of the box, you can exchange the unburned candle within 14 days of delivery. We want you to love your country-inspired candles as much as we do! 💖

Please email us at hello@countrywyx.com with your order number, reason for the exchange, and new candle scent or shirt size. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of return shipping and recommend obtaining a tracking number.
