This homemade Caramel Whipped Coffee is quick, easy and an iced-coffee lover's dream! Simply whip instant coffee, water, and sugar until light and fluffy, spoon over caramel-drizzled milk and ice... enjoy!
Whether you absolutely love whipped coffee (originally called dalgona coffee) or, like me, hadn't heard of it until now, you're going to want to try this fun recipe. It really is the creamiest, dreamiest iced coffee ever!
It only takes about 5 minutes, so let's get started.
CARAMEL WHIPPED COFFEE
1 Tbsp instant coffee of choice
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp hot water
1 Cup milk of choice
2 Tbsp caramel syrup (more or less to taste)
6-8 ice cubes
Combine the coffee, sugar and water in a medium bowl
Whip with mixer until thick and frothy (approx 5 minutes)
Add ice and drizzle with caramel
Add milk leaving room for whipped coffee mixture
Add whipped coffee and stir gently
The milk with the whipped coffee floating on top looks super yummy, but you'll want to stir until it is well combined before you actually drink it.
Then grab a straw (in case you need to stir some more), sit back, relax, and enjoy this creamy, cozy deliciousness.
